Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The Attorney
General may appoint in writing a person or class of persons, being persons
employed at a particular place, to prepare reports relating to the information
obtained as the result of conducting parentage testing procedures.
(2) An instrument of
appointment under subregulation (1) is to be published in the Gazette .
(3) Family Law
Regulation 68 is adopted and applies for the purposes of
section 200(b).
