Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A person licensed
as a dealer or manufacturer must, before selling or disposing of any item of
reloaded ammunition, durably imprint in a prominent place on the cartridge
package the words, “Reloaded Ammunition”.
(2) For the purpose of
this regulation reloaded ammunition means ammunition utilising a cartridge
case that has been used previously.
