Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations Where an organization
or purpose is named in the permit as that on behalf of which a continuing
lottery is conducted then, subject to section 58, not less than 15% of
the total face value of the tickets sold shall be distributed to that
organization or applied for that purpose.
