HEALTH ACT (LAUNDRIES AND BATHROOMS) REGULATIONS - REG 12

12 .         Owner of premises to ensure compliance

                The owner of premises shall ensure that regulations 6, 7, 8 and 9 are complied with in respect of those premises.
