Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations A certificate of
approval shall not be issued in relation to a public building on which
electrical work has been undertaken unless a person authorised to sign a
notice of completion referred to in regulation 52 of the
Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991 made under the
Electricity Act 1945 has issued a certificate in the form of Form 5 in
Schedule 2 certifying that the electrical work of the public building
conforms to the relevant provisions of these regulations, the Building
Regulations and the Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991 .
