Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A person shall not
light, operate or maintain a fire or an open heating apparatus of any kind in
a public building without the written approval of the local government.
(2) A person shall not
store within a public building any materials of a flammable nature that are
not required for the purpose of the usual activities carried out in the public
building.
