HEALTH (PUBLIC BUILDINGS) REGULATIONS 1992 - REG 36

36 .         Wiring requirements

        (1)         Any equipment intended for use for a continuous period exceeding 90 days shall be connected by fixed wiring.

        (2)         Temporary wiring shall not be —

            (a)         laid on the floor; or

            (b)         accessible to the public unless adequately protected; or

            (c)         positioned in such a manner as to be a hazard.
