Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A certificate of
approval for the purposes of section 178 of the Act shall be in the form
of Form 4 in Schedule 2.
(2) Notwithstanding
anything in regulation 7 or 7A(1), a certificate of approval shall not be
issued for the accommodation of any number of persons that exceeds the number
permitted under the Building Regulations with respect to sanitary facilities,
exits and ventilation.
