Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A certificate of
approval shall be displayed in a conspicuous position in the main entrance of
the public building in relation to which it is issued and so that it is easily
legible to a person who enters the main entrance of the public building.
(2) If a certificate
of approval is varied under regulation 9A, the reference in
subregulation (1) to a certificate of approval is a reference to the
certificate incorporating the variation that is current at the time of the
display.
