On the written request
of any person, the Chief Health Officer is to —
(a)
search the register for information about that person; and
(b) as
soon as reasonably practicable, either —
(i)
tell the person that there is no information about them
on the register; or
(ii)
give to the person a copy of any information about them
on the register.
