Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations No person shall
without the permission of the Marine Manager work or cause to be worked the
propeller of any vessel whilst such vessel is occupying any berth, and
notwithstanding that such permission has been given no person shall work such
propeller or cause it to be worked where the working thereof may cause damage
to any property, or injure any person; provided that nothing in this
by‑law shall preclude the turning of any propeller for the safe berthing
or unberthing of any vessel.
