Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) Vessels of war and
vessels owned by the Government of any of Her Majesty’s Dominions or
Colonies shall, if those vessels are not engaged in trade, be exempt from the
payment of tonnage rates.
(2) Where any vessel
occupies a berth solely for the purpose of landing a sick or injured person
and remains for such time only as may be necessary for that purpose the
Company may in its discretion exempt such vessel from tonnage rates.
