Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A master or
other person who fails to do or does any act that by these by‑laws he is
required to do or is forbidden from doing, as the case may be, commits an
offence and is liable on conviction to a penalty not exceeding $100.
(2) The imposition and
payment of any such penalty does not affect the liability of any person to any
other person in respect of the act or omission constituting the offence.
