(1) A person who is
aggrieved by a decision of a local government under these regulations may
apply in writing to the local government for it to review the decision.
(2) Where a local
government has received an application under subregulation (1), the local
government shall, as soon as practicable after receiving the
application —
(a) make
a determination in respect of the application; and
(b)
provide to the person making the application a written notice —
(i)
advising the person of the determination; and
(ii)
setting out the reasons for that determination.
