(1) A person who is
aggrieved by a decision of the Chief Health Officer under these regulations
may apply in writing to the Chief Health Officer for him or her to review the
decision.
(2) Where the Chief
Health Officer has received an application under subregulation (1), the
Chief Health Officer shall, as soon as practicable after receiving the
application —
(a) make
a determination in respect of the application; and
(b)
provide to the person making the application a written notice —
(i)
advising the person of that determination; and
(ii)
setting out the reasons for that determination.
