(1) The Chief Health
Officer —
(a) may
grant or refuse to grant an Chief Health Officer permit as the Chief Health
Officer thinks fit; and
(b) may
grant an Chief Health Officer permit subject to any conditions the Chief
Health Officer thinks fit.
(2) An Chief Health
Officer permit may be granted —
(a) for
a particular occasion specified in the permit; or
(b) for
a period specified in the permit.
(3) If the Chief
Health Officer refuses to grant an Chief Health Officer permit, the Chief
Health Officer must give the applicant written notice of the refusal and the
reasons for it.
