partnership or person who, immediately before the commencement day, was
registered under the 1956 Regulations regulation 33 is taken to be
registered under regulation 18.
(2) A person who,
immediately before the commencement day, was registered under the 1956
Regulations regulation 63 is taken to be registered under
regulation 18.
