Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A person must not
employ a person as a pest management technician unless —
(a) the
employee is a licensed technician or provisional technician who is authorised
to undertake pest management treatments of the kind the person is employed to
undertake; or
(b) the
employee is exempt under regulation 10(2) or (3).
Penalty: a fine of $2 500.
(2) A person must not
employ a person as a pest management salesperson unless the employee is a
licensed technician or provisional technician who is authorised to undertake
pest management sales.
Penalty for an offence under
subregulation (2): a fine of $2 500.
