(1) The Chief Health
Officer must keep an accurate and up‑to‑date register of
registered proprietors.
(2) The register may
be kept in any manner the Chief Health Officer thinks fit.
(3) The register must
contain the following information for each registration —
(a) the
business registration number;
(b) the
proprietor’s name and business address;
(c) the
address of the premises at which the proprietor is authorised to carry on
business;
(d) any
business name under which the registered proprietor carries on the business;
(e) the
commencement and expiry dates of the business registration;
(f) any
conditions imposed on the business registration.
(4) The Chief Health
Officer —
(a) is
not required to make the register available for public inspection; but
(b) may
make the information recorded in the register available to any person on
request.
