For the purposes of
regulation 51, there are grounds for taking action against a licensee
if —
(a) the
licensee has contravened the Act; or
(b) the
licensee has, in connection with a pest management treatment, done or omitted
to do something, or engaged in conduct, that poses a threat to the health or
safety of any individual or of the public; or
(c) the
licence was granted or renewed in error because information given to the Chief
Health Officer in relation to the application for the grant or renewal was
false or misleading in a material particular or deceptive in a material way;
or
(d) the
Chief Health Officer can no longer be satisfied as to a matter described in
regulation 38 or 39 that was relevant to the decision to grant or
renew the licence.
