HEALTH (PESTICIDES) REGULATIONS 2011 - REG 67

67 .         Other persons not to be present at fumigation

                A licensed technician must not undertake a fumigation if there is any person in the fumigation area who is not a qualified person.

        Penalty: a fine of $2 500.
