HEALTH (PESTICIDES) REGULATIONS 2011 - REG 76

76 .         Employment records

        (1)         A registered proprietor must keep accurate and up‑to‑date records of all of the proprietor’s technicians.

        Penalty: a fine of $2 500.

        (2)         The records must contain the following information for each technician —

            (a)         full name;

            (b)         residential address;

            (c)         date of birth;

            (d)         licence number;

            (e)         the date on which the person became a technician for the proprietor;

            (f)         if the person ceases to be a technician for the proprietor, the date of that cessation.

        (3)         The proprietor must keep the records for a technician for 3 years after the person ceases to be a technician for the proprietor.

        Penalty for an offence under subregulation (3): a fine of $2 500.
