HEALTH (PESTICIDES) REGULATIONS 2011 - REG 78

78 .         Records to be made available

                A registered proprietor must, if requested by an authorised officer to do so, make available for inspection the records required by this Division to be kept by the proprietor.

        Penalty: a fine of $2 500.
