HEALTH (PESTICIDES) REGULATIONS 2011 - REG 8

8 .         Employment of fumigators

                A person (an employer ) must not employ an individual (an employee ) to undertake a fumigation unless —

            (a)         the employer is a registered proprietor; and

            (b)         the employee is a licensed technician.

        Penalty: a fine of $2 500.
