HEALTH (PESTICIDES) REGULATIONS 2011 - REG 9

9 .         Advertising: pest management businesses

                A person must not advertise, or otherwise hold out in any way, that the person carries on a pest management business unless the person is a registered proprietor.

        Penalty: a fine of $2 500.
