Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) This regulation
applies if the Council gives statutory notification of an event in accordance
with section 163(3) of the Act to the Registrar of Titles, the Registrar
of Deeds and Transfers, or another person or agency.
(2) The Registrar or
other person or agency may take such steps as may be necessary or appropriate
to bring particulars of the event to the attention of persons seeking
information as to the title to the land affected.
