Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) Except as provided
in subregulation (2), a party making a written application must serve a
copy of the application and any supporting affidavit on every other party
after it has been lodged and at least 2 clear working days before the
hearing of the application.

Subregulation (1) does not apply if these regulations state that the
application may be dealt with in the absence of the respondent to the
application.
