INDUSTRIAL MAGISTRATES COURTS (GENERAL JURISDICTION) REGULATIONS 2005 - REG 25

25 .         Objection to disclosure of documents

                A party may object to the disclosure of a document if it —

            (a)         is privileged from production; or

            (b)         is inadmissible in evidence,

                under these regulations or any other law.
