Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) If a party wants
to inspect documents disclosed by another party it must serve the other party
with a written request to inspect.
(2) A party receiving
a request for inspection must make the documents available for inspection
within 14 days after the service of the request.
(3) If asked to do so
by the party which requested inspection, a party making documents available
for inspection must also —
(a)
provide copies of the documents, at a reasonable cost, to the party which
requested inspection; or
(b) if
the clerk so orders or the parties agree, permit the documents to be copied at
another place by the party which requested inspection.
