Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The
Industrial Magistrates’ Courts (General Jurisdiction) Regulations 2000
are repealed.
(2) Subject to
subregulation (3), an action under the repealed regulations subsisting
immediately before the commencement day may be continued as if the repealed
regulations had not been repealed.
(3) A final order
under the repealed regulations is enforceable as if it were a judgment under
these regulations, whether the order was made before or after the commencement
day.
(4) In this
regulation —
commencement day means the day on which these
regulations come into operation;
repealed regulations means the regulations
repealed by subregulation (1).
