(1) An authorised
person may direct a person on regulated land —
(a) to
do something not otherwise permitted by these regulations; or
(b) not
to do something that is permitted by these regulations,
if the authorised
person considers it necessary or desirable to do for the proper care, control
and management of the land.
(2) A person must
comply with a direction given to him or her under subregulation (1).
Penalty: a fine of $500.
(3) A person who does
a thing that is otherwise prohibited by these regulations does not commit an
offence if the person does it in accordance with a direction under this
regulation.
