online a person must use Play Online or the Lotterywest App.
(2) If access to Play
Online or the Lotterywest App is provided by an agent or an authorised
provider, a person may enter lotto online using equipment provided for that
purpose.
(3) If access to
online entries has been made available without the need for equipment provided
by the Commission, an agent or an authorised provider, a person may enter
lotto online using whatever equipment enables that access.
