(1) The Commission or
an authorised provider may suspend or cancel a Lotterywest membership at any
time without notice and without giving any reason.
(2) If a Lotterywest
membership is cancelled, the person’s membership account is closed and
the Commission or authorised provider must remit to that person any amount
payable by law to them.
