(1) It is the
responsibility of a Lotterywest member to satisfy themselves before purchasing
an entry that all the details of the entry shown on the relevant page of Play
Online, the Lotterywest App and in‑store entries are correct.
(2) After an entry is
purchased the Commission or authorised provider must provide to the player the
following details relating to the entry —
(a) the
name of the relevant game;
(b) the
numbers selected by the player and, if applicable, the type of entry;
(c) the
draw number or, in the case of a multi‑week entry, the draw number range
to which the entry relates;
(d) the
date and time of purchase;
(e) the
cost of the entry;
(f) a
unique number for the entry.
(3) An entry for a
draw cannot be purchased after the selling period for the draw has expired.
