LOTTERIES COMMISSION (AUTHORISED LOTTERIES) RULES 2016 - REG 51

51 .         Publication of names and addresses of prize winners

                The Commission or authorised provider must not publish the name and address of any player who wins a prize using a Play Online or a Lotterywest App entry unless the player informs the Commission or authorised provider in writing that the player’s name and address may be published.
