A Powerball draw
consists of the mechanical, equally random selection of —
(a)
7 numbered balls (7 winning numbered balls) from balls individually
numbered from 1 to 35 inclusive from a barrel called
“barrel A”; and
(b) one
numbered ball (the Powerball) from balls individually numbered from
1 to 20 inclusive from a barrel called “barrel B”,
in a manner and using
such equipment as the Commission or a designated authority determines.
