LIQUOR CONTROL REGULATIONS 1989 - REG 17

17 .         Out of bounds area, notice for (Act s. 121(6))

                A notice for the purposes of section 121(6) shall —

        [(a)         deleted]

            (b)         be printed, on paper or durable material of at least A4  size, in bold‑faced, upper case letters —

                  (i)         in the heading, at least 20 mm in height; and

                  (ii)         otherwise, at least 10 mm in height.
