LIQUOR CONTROL REGULATIONS 1989 - REG 4

4 .         Level prescribed (Act s. 3(1) low alcohol liquor )

                For the purposes of the definition of low alcohol liquor in section 3(1), the prescribed concentration of ethanol in liquor is 3.5% at 20°C.
