6 .         Local Government (Audit) Regulations 1996 amended

        (1)         This regulation amends the Local Government (Audit) Regulations 1996 .

        (2)         In regulation 13 in the Table:

            (a)         under the heading “ Local Government Act 1995 ” delete “s. 5.103” and insert:

                s. 5.104

            (b)         delete:
