regulation —
commencement day means the day on which the Local
Government Regulations Amendment (Financial Management and Audit)
Regulations 2022 regulations 7, 9 and 10 come into
operation.
(2)
Regulations 14, 36(1)(f) and 50 as in force immediately before
commencement day continue to apply in relation to the annual financial report
of a local government for the financial year ending on 30 June 2021.
(3) Regulation 14
as in force immediately before commencement day continues to apply in relation
to the annual budget of a local government for the financial year ending on
30 June 2022.
