A local government
must take reasonable steps to ensure that members of the public attending a
meeting of its council are informed beforehand of the following, as
applicable —
(a) that
the meeting will be publicly broadcast;
(b) that
a recording of the meeting will be made.
Example for this regulation:
Members of the public
could be informed by means of a notice displayed in a prominent place near or
inside the meeting room.
