Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations If a provision of
Schedule 4.1 of the Act (as applied under Schedule 2.3 of the Act)
requires the drawing of lots, the applicable regulation of the
Local Government (Elections) Regulations 1997 Part 12C
Division 4 applies, modified as is necessary for the purposes of the
election.
Note for this regulation:
A requirement to draw
lots under Schedule 4.1 clause 2(2) or 5(6)(b) of the Act is subject
to Schedule 2.3 clause 5(1) or 9(1) of the Act (as the case
requires).
