LOCAL GOVERNMENT (CONSTITUTION) REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 11FA

11FA .         Report to Minister (Sch. 2.3 cl. 4 and 8)

        (1)         Within 14 days after the declaration of the result of the election, the CEO is to provide the Minister with a report as to the result of the election.

        (2)         The report is to be in the form of Form 20 of the Local Government (Elections) Regulations 1997 , modified as is necessary for the purposes of this regulation.
