engage in conduct which is:
(a)
dishonest or otherwise discreditable to a barrister,
(b)
prejudicial to the administration of justice, or
(c)
likely to diminish public confidence in the legal profession or the
administration of justice or otherwise bring the legal profession into
disrepute.
