Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) For the purposes
of section 432 of the Uniform Law, local regulatory authorities are
required to furnish the Legal Services Council with information that must or
may be included in the Australian Legal Profession Register.
(2) Information
required under subrule (1) is to be provided in accordance with any guidelines
issued by the Council.
(3) Without
limitation, the Council may request a local regulatory authority to furnish
the Council with information of a specified kind.
(4) Information
requested under subrule (3) is to be information of a kind required under
subrule (1) and is to be furnished within the time specified in the request.
