LAND VALUERS LICENSING REGULATIONS 1979 - REG 4A

4A .         Periods prescribed (Act s. 21(1) and 22(1))

        (1)         For the purposes of section 21(1), the period prescribed is 3 years.

        (2)         For the purposes of section 22(1), the further prescribed period is 3 years.
