Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) For this by-law a
“gun” is any shotgun, rifle, pistol or other weapon that is a
firearm under the Firearms Act 1973 .
(2) You must tell the
person in charge of the Administration Office about every gun that you own.
(3) You must tell the
person in charge of the Administration Office about every gun that you bring
on to the community lands, even if it is not your gun.
(4) The person in
charge of the Administration Office must keep a list of all the community
members that have a gun.
