(1) If you lodge a
document in relation to a case, the document must contain your residential or
business address for service.
(2) The address for
service specified on the document is to be taken to be your address for
service under this Division until —
(a) if
your document specifies the address of an agent under
rule 56 — your agent lodges a notice in the approved form
stating that he or she no longer acts for you; or
(b) you
lodge a notice of change of address under rule 57.
