(1) In order to serve
a document on a corporation personally you must hand the document
to —
(a) a
person who, on reasonable grounds, is believed to be a director of the
corporation who resides in Australia; or
(b) a
legal practitioner who is acting for the corporation.
(2) This rule applies
in addition to the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth.
