Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) When the documents
lodged under rule 26(1) are served, a registrar must list the appeal for
hearing and notify the parties.
(2) The appeal must be
listed at least 21 days after the date on which the documents lodged
under rule 26(1) are served.
(3) Subrules (1)
and (2) are subject to any directions made under rule 27A(4).
